SEN

At Coláiste Phádraig, we are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students can reach their full potential. Our Special Educational Needs (SEN) team works closely with students, parents/guardians, and staff to ensure that each student’s individual needs are recognised and supported.

We offer a range of supports, including:

  • Individual and small group support in literacy, numeracy, and social skills

  • Team teaching and in-class support across a variety of subjects

  • Student Support Plans (SSPs) tailored to meet each learner’s needs

  • Reasonable accommodations in line with SEC guidelines for in-house and state examinations

  • Ongoing collaboration with external agencies where necessary

Our aim is to empower students with SEN to become confident, independent learners who can participate fully in school life. We value the partnership with families in supporting each student’s educational journey.

For more information or to speak with a member of the SEN team, please contact the school office.
